She said humanitarian workers have faced restrictions involving medical equipment, specialized medical personnel, engine oil and even fresh food such as watermelons and onions. Let that sink in. Nearly a year into what officials call a ceasefire, humanitarian organizations are still pleading for wheelchairs, prosthetic limbs, engine oil and fucking onions. That is not recovery. That is suffering being managed through paperwork. Wake the fuck up people!!!!
